BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Room rate is fully inclusive of room, breakfast (8:00 to 9:30) and VAT at 17.5%. Any change to the rate of VAT will be reflected in the actual price charged at the time.
- Bookings including a Saturday night must be of at least two nights duration except where we have a room available
through other bookings. Bank holiday weekends must be Friday and Saturday, Sunday and Monday or any three nights duration.

Check in time is Tuesday-Sunday
12:30PM to 10PM. Monday and
outside these times by prior
arrangement.

The tariff does not apply on New
Years Day, Valentines
day and its nearest weekend, Cheltenham Festival
week, Easter Friday to Monday, Christmas Eve to New Years Eve. Special rates and conditions
may apply on those days ~ please
contact us for details.
- Regrettably we cannot accommodate pets.

Bookings must be confirmed by
either Credit Card guarantee or
by payment of a deposit.

We reserve the right to amend
the tariff without notice.
However, bookings will always be
honoured at the price quoted at the time of booking, excepting any alteration to the rate of VAT from 17.5% applying at the time of visit.
- Off Peak
for 2008/9 is 1st October 2008
to 31st March 2009, excluding
February 12th to 15th 2009,
March 9th to 13th 2009 and half
term weeks. Peak for 2008
is 1st April 2008 to 31st
October 2008.

Off street parking vouchers for the nearby Painswick Institute
can be purchased at reception
and are available at most times.
Each voucher is valid for 24
hours from the time of issue.
Vouchers cannot be pre-booked.
There is free on street parking
outside Cardynham House.

All bedrooms,
the guest lounge and Bistro
restaurant are Non Smoking
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS:
- Where a confirmed booking is cancelled with 14 days clear notice
prior to your scheduled arrival
date there is no charge and any
deposit paid will be refunded in
full.
- If less than 14 days notice is given
and we are able to re-book the
room then there is no charge and
any deposit paid will be
refunded in full. We will use
our best endeavours to do this.
- Where 1) and 2) above do not apply
your card will be charged and
you will forfeit any deposit
paid. You will be charged two thirds of the full room rate
for each night cancelled.
